Project Sales Lead Water Solutions

About the role

Ion Exchange India is looking for a senior Project Sales Lead to drive water‑treatment project sales across Saudi Arabia. Based in Al Khobar, you will be responsible for building a robust pipeline, securing large contracts and expanding the company’s presence in the KSA water market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities for water and wastewater treatment solutions from prospecting to order award.
• Maintain and grow relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, developers, end‑users and project owners.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence and pipeline reports for senior management.
• Design fit‑for‑purpose engineering solutions (RO, desalination, filtration, water reuse, wastewater treatment) together with process and design engineers.
• Lead technical and commercial proposal preparation and negotiate contract terms to maximise revenue and margins.
• Coordinate hand‑over of awarded projects to internal execution teams, ensuring smooth transition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of proven project sales or business‑development experience in the water‑treatment industry.
• Demonstrated success in winning large‑scale projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Extensive network with EPCs, consultants and key decision‑makers in the region.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom.
