Public Relations Manager – Cluster (Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea)

About the role

The Cluster Public Relations Manager will lead the PR strategy for Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, a luxury resort within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. Reporting to senior leadership, you will protect, elevate and amplify the hotel’s public image across media and internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual PR action plans and budgets aligned with corporate brand standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and other media representatives.
• Draft, approve and distribute press releases, media pitches and other PR materials.
• Organise press conferences, media interviews, press cocktails and lunches.
• Monitor media coverage and evaluate PR campaign performance.
• Lead the planning, execution and follow‑up of PR events, exhibitions and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Rooms, F&B and Banquet teams to support sales through PR initiatives.
• Develop crisis communication strategies and respond to reputational risks.
• Manage internal communications, keeping hotel staff informed of brand updates.
• Coordinate with Accor corporate PR on group initiatives and cross‑marketing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of PR experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong leadership ability and influence with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident spokesperson.
• Strategic thinker with proven crisis‑management capability.
• Commercial awareness of luxury‑brand positioning.
• Understanding of ultra‑luxury wellness concepts and pre‑opening operations is a plus.
