Purchasing Manager

About the role

SADAFCO is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead the long‑term procurement strategy and short‑term execution for HR, Business and Facility Services. The role ensures end‑to‑end sourcing, contracting, supplier governance and commercial optimisation across a wide range of corporate support services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a three‑year category roadmap for HR and Facility Management services, aligning with workforce plans and cost‑optimisation goals.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle for recruitment agencies, manpower outsourcing, training providers, employee benefits, travel, accommodation, uniforms, cleaning, catering, security, maintenance, utilities and other facility operations.
• Drive supplier and market profiling, including capability assessment, labor compliance, insurance validation and HSE screening.
• Collect and analyse global and regional market intelligence on labour costs, Saudization, training benchmarks, benefit trends and facility service models.
• Identify value‑creation opportunities through supplier consolidation, rate‑card standardisation and innovative service‑level models.
• Partner with HR, Administration, Facilities, Finance, Legal, HSE, IT and business functions to ensure compliance, service continuity and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end procurement for HR, Business and Facility Services.
• Strong understanding of supplier governance, contract management and commercial optimisation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
