Python Development Trainee Program

About the role

Join EPAM's Python Development Trainee Program, a three‑month, remote training initiative designed to bring your Python knowledge up to industry standards. You will work up to 30 hours per week, completing modules, hands‑on tasks, and mentor‑led sessions while preparing for potential full‑time positions at EPAM.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all assigned training modules and practical exercises.
• Apply Python concepts to real‑world scenarios through hands‑on tasks.
• Engage in self‑study to reinforce training content and fill knowledge gaps.
• Participate in mentor‑led sessions and group discussions.
• Demonstrate acquired skills through assessments and project work.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to the program schedule.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to foster a shared learning environment.

Required profile

• Saudi national, graduate of an IT‑related major with an SCE certificate, or senior‑year student.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Solid knowledge of Python core concepts.
• Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, and databases.
• Motivation to learn and ability to work remotely.
