QA/QC Manager – Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities on a high‑profile fit‑out project in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with client specifications, applicable codes and ISO 9001 standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and quality objectives.
• Lead a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, providing technical guidance.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans, Method Statements, material submittals and other quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors and third‑party agencies.
• Monitor quality performance, manage NCRs, corrective actions and inspection approval rates.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and contractual quality requirements for all fit‑out works (architectural finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, painting, glazing, MEP interfaces, handover).
• Prepare and submit quality reports, KPIs, audit reports and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience, including at least 5 years as a QA/QC Manager on fit‑out or interior finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, ITPs, inspections and NCR management.
• Proven experience working with consultants, clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferred CQI‑IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
