Quality Assurance Inspector I – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials, ingredients and packaging before they enter production. You will work closely with production teams and external service providers to maintain high food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw material, ingredients and packaging against verification programs.
• Update and lead pest‑control records and service suppliers.
• Collect and deliver samples (raw material, air, water, swabs) to the internal laboratory.
• Verify cleaning procedures of production lines and ensure GMP compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on Critical Control Points (CCP) to production staff.
• Review corrective‑action records and facilitate quality‑program implementation.
• Support the Food Safety & Quality Management System and analyze MSDS for chemical suitability.
• Coordinate with external service providers (pest control, cleaning, laundry) and assist in sample collection.
• Deliver GMP, refresher and field‑specific trainings (Allergens, CCP) to employees and contractors.
• Maintain supplier‑approval documentation and ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 3‑year diploma in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant quality‑assurance experience in the food industry.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
