Quality Assurance Inspector II (Food Industry)

About the role

Join MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, and help ensure the safety and quality of raw materials, ingredients and packaging. The Quality Assurance Inspector II will perform inspections, collect samples, and support the implementation of food safety programs across the production site.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, ingredients and packaging before release for production, verifying compliance with quality programs.
• Collect and deliver samples (raw material, air, water, swabs) to the internal laboratory for analysis.
• Verify cleaning procedures, pest‑control records and corrective actions, and provide technical guidance on Critical Control Points.
• Maintain and update GMP, HACCP and food microbiology documentation, and conduct supplier audits and approvals.
• Deliver GMP and other quality trainings to employees, contractors and service providers.
• Upload raw‑material claims and related data into Salesforce and SAP, and prepare monthly supplier material reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 3‑year diploma in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food quality, safety or microbiology.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate there.
