Quality Inspector

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to conduct on‑site inspections and ensure that all road construction materials and workmanship comply with project specifications, codes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect road construction activities including earthworks, subgrade, granular sub‑base, sub‑base and asphalt layers.
• Verify that materials meet approved specifications and test results.
• Maintain daily inspection reports and checklists.
• Coordinate with contractors to close non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and improve workmanship.
• Participate in inspections with client and consultant representatives.
• Ensure compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and project quality control procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of quality control experience on road or highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing methods and relevant standards.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
