Quality & Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The Quality & Learning & Development Executive will drive hotel‑wide quality initiatives and shape the learning strategy to ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality audits, compliance assessments and weekly reviews to monitor guest satisfaction, defect trends and corrective actions.
• Analyse root causes of quality issues, implement preventive measures and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Identify training needs from audit results, guest feedback and performance data; design and deliver targeted learning programs.
• Develop training materials, competency checklists and assessments aligned with brand standards and SOPs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), maintain training calendars, and ensure timely completion of mandatory, regulatory and compliance courses.
• Collaborate with department leaders and HR to close performance gaps and support employee development initiatives.
• Provide regular performance dashboards and reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in quality assurance and performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning programs in a hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of driving a culture of continuous improvement.
