About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management Trainee to join our rehabilitation hospital. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in clinical quality and patient safety, allowing you to contribute directly to improving patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining clinical quality and patient safety programs.
- Rotate through clinical and administrative departments to understand the patient‑care journey.
- Shadow senior leaders to learn about compliance, risk management and decision‑making.
- Participate in clinical audits, chart reviews and data collection to ensure standards and regulatory requirements are met.
- Document and report quality and safety events, supporting root‑cause analyses.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and support staff on continuous‑improvement projects.
- Help maintain compliance with accreditation standards such as The Joint Commission and CARF.
- Gather and analyse patient‑satisfaction and outcome data to inform quality initiatives.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop healthcare quality and leadership skills.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, a clinical field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy) or a related discipline.
