About the role
Act as the primary strategic owner for more than 180 investment lease relationships across the Kingdom, ensuring continuity and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead rent negotiations to achieve 1.5%‑2% savings on total network rent.
- Establish a relationship‑based governance structure for long‑term portfolio stability.
- Develop and execute high‑level rent reduction and renegotiation strategies to meet annual cost‑saving targets.
- Oversee the full lease lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and exits.
- Manage lease obligations to reduce contractual risk and maintain operational continuity.
- Control the payables process and ensure financial continuity, avoiding disputes or penalties.
- Escalate critical landlord issues to the Real Estate Director with proactive resolution plans.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in real estate and leasing.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
