About the role
IMbright, a leading cognitive training centre in Riyadh, is seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations and support daily administrative activities. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth interaction between clients, trainers, and staff while upholding the centre’s high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and assist clients with inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for training sessions.
- Track trainer and student attendance and follow up on session participation.
- Handle phone calls and respond to client communications promptly.
- Oversee daily centre operations to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Provide general administrative support, including record‑keeping and policy enforcement.
Required profile
- Saudi nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Management or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an office or reception setting.

What we offer
- Monthly salary of SAR 5,500 inclusive of insurance, fees, transportation, and housing.
- Additional financial incentives and performance‑based bonuses.
- Fixed working hours (Sunday‑Thursday 1 PM‑9 PM, Saturday 9 AM‑5 PM) with no negotiation on salary or schedule.
