Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to meet manpower needs across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Support workforce planning by coordinating hiring plans and tracking manpower requirements.
• Maintain organizational charts and assist with succession, replacement, and expansion hiring.
• Coordinate recruitment activities through Qiwa and ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) and job classifications.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring costs, vacancy status, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, with strategic workforce planning exposure.
• Saudi citizenship.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Qiwa platform.
• Knowledge of Saudization (Nitaqat) regulations and job classifications.
• Familiarity with Saudi labour regulations.
• Experience using Oracle ERP or a comparable HR system.
