Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will lead the attraction and hiring of top‑tier talent for BMC, supporting its mission in education, research and healthcare. Working closely with faculty and administrative departments, you will design and execute recruitment strategies that ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks and campus events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and faculty/administrative staff.
• Represent BMC at job fairs, open houses and other recruitment events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines with local universities and healthcare organizations.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics in Zoho.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Support hiring managers with interview techniques and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare education landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, specifically Zoho.
