Regional Customer Quality Manager

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Regional Customer Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across its ASEAN markets. You will partner with sales and service teams to boost customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement of product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local customer quality management activities and collaborate with sales/service to enhance satisfaction.
• Collect, triage, and reduce cycle time for Early Warning Group (EWG) samples.
• Perform on‑site analysis and support for country‑specific issues that cannot be replicated remotely, including log collection.
• Organize launch meetings and use field quality data (social media, call centre, forums, NPS, ODF, TCRR) to drive product improvements.
• Lead TCRR reduction initiatives for ASEAN countries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the mobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of mobile development and manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
