Regional Treasury CFO / Country Treasurer (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar)

About the role

The position is based in Riyadh and reports to the regional Treasury team. It combines CFO responsibilities with country‑level treasury oversight for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar, supporting the bank’s capital, liquidity and funding strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Chair the Asset & Liability Committee for DB Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar, setting agendas and ensuring alignment with business strategy, risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the structural term asset and liability profiles through the Funding Planning process.
• Oversee regulatory cash, the central funding pool and intra‑bank funds transfers.
• Provide strategic guidance on capital, liquidity and funding decisions across the three countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with country management, front‑office heads, infrastructure partners and banking regulators.

Required profile

• Independent, self‑motivated contributor with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial markets, treasury products, systems and regulations.
• Proven people‑management and leadership experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and develop working relationships across the bank.
