Registered Nurse – Clinical & Administrative Role

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinic team. The role combines direct patient care with essential administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations and high patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, record vital signs, medical histories, and triage.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and prescribed treatments following nursing protocols.
• Assist physicians during examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient education on care plans, medication usage, and general health.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Enter and analyze data, manage patient scheduling, check‑ins, and follow‑ups.
• Oversee inventory of clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering.
• Handle clinic documentation and update Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Coordinate with billing, insurance, and HR departments to streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health and SCFHS regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active registration and license with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• 2–3 years of hands‑on nursing experience, including both bedside/clinic care and administrative duties.
• Fluency in Arabic (native) and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
