Registered Nurse

About the role

Taiba Hospital is hiring an onsite Registered Nurse (RN 003) within its Nursing Services department. The nurse delivers direct patient care, responds to emergencies and supports the nursing team, with a focus on safety, accuracy and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, monitor and prioritise patient needs, and give discharge instructions to patients and families
• Administer medications, IV therapy and blood transfusions safely, including high-alert medications
• Respond quickly to life-threatening situations following nursing standards and hospital protocols
• Serve as relief Charge Registered Nurse and teach fellow nurses core clinical skills
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation from admission through discharge

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institute
• At least 3 years of nursing experience after obtaining the bachelor's degree
• First Aid, CPR, ACLS, BLS, PALS and NRP certifications where applicable
• Nursing competencies in at least two additional clinical areas
• Fluent English and a basic understanding of the hospital's nursing Arabic vocabulary
