Registration & Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Registration & Customer Service Representatives to support a school‑based project in Riyadh. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling registrations, collecting information and directing people to the right locations while providing a professional and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students and parents in a courteous manner.
• Register visitors and accurately collect required personal information.
• Verify and update basic records to ensure completeness.
• Provide clear directions to classrooms, departments or designated areas.
• Answer inquiries and offer general assistance in both Arabic and English.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and represent the organization professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor flow.
• Follow company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and interact with diverse groups.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, registration, hospitality or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
