Reliability Maintenance Engineer – Facilities Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineer. The role ensures safety regulations are followed, preventive maintenance is performed on schedule, and equipment availability is maximized through continuous improvement. The position works non‑traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety best practices, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs for material‑handling and automation assets.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, scanners, motor starters, relays, limit switches, electronic sensors, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, sorters, and mechanical components such as rolls, bearings and belts.
• Act as a safety ambassador, promoting safe work practices across the site.
• Manage day‑to‑day engineering, soft services, housekeeping, and premises upkeep.
• Oversee EHS and statutory compliance, including waste and hazardous waste management and license renewals.
• Supervise facility operations, conveyor system maintenance, and subcontractor work, ensuring checks are logged in the CMMS.
• Provide technical guidance for material handling equipment (MHE) and battery‑backed (BB) maintenance.
• Support and mentor technicians, sharing knowledge and hands‑on experience.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics, communication, instrumentation and control disciplines.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning proactive maintenance and recording reactive tasks.
