About the role

We are looking for a Remote Computer User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our users across digital platforms. You will work from a remote environment, helping users resolve hardware, software, and account issues while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system‑related problems.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• Assist with account setup, access problems, and password resets.
• Document cases, resolutions, and system updates.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level technical teams when needed.
• Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and report trends for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple requests.
• Previous IT or support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
