Remote Data Entry Operator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. The role involves accurately entering, updating and maintaining information across a variety of digital platforms while working independently from home.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems and other digital tools.
• Review source documents, verify accuracy and resolve missing, duplicate or inconsistent information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date electronic records, perform regular data‑quality checks and generate basic reports.
• Convert information from emails, PDFs, scanned files and forms into structured digital records.
• Assist with data cleanup, formatting, sorting, filtering and basic spreadsheet management.
• Follow established data‑entry procedures, naming conventions and confidentiality standards.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding unclear or incomplete data.
• Meet productivity, accuracy and turnaround‑time targets while performing routine administrative tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, clerical work or customer service is preferred.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills with reliable internet connection.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
