Remote ESL Teacher for Teenagers (Hybrid GMT+3)

About the role

Noon Academy is seeking a high‑performing native English teacher to deliver engaging online lessons to teenage learners across the Middle East. The role blends remote instruction with occasional hybrid sessions aligned to GMT+3.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact live English lessons to mixed‑level groups of 50+ teenage students.
• Design, adapt, and continuously improve curriculum materials.
• Utilise educational technology and digital tools to boost engagement and differentiation.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers and fellow teachers to refine learning journeys.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification (BA/MA, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of ESL teaching experience, preferably with teenagers.
• Proven experience teaching online groups of 5+ students.
• Availability Sunday to Thursday with a fixed weekly workload.
• Ability to meet local cultural requirements for single‑gender classes.

Required skills

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident use of educational technology and digital tools.
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms and emerging AI tools (advantageous).
