Residential Compound Manager

About the role

The Residential Compound Manager will oversee daily operations of a residential compound, ensuring smooth workflow, resident satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all daily compound operations.
• Address resident requests and complaints professionally.
• Oversee preventive and emergency maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping).
• Supervise security personnel, safety systems, and access control.
• Track tenant leases, renewals, and coordinate move‑in/move‑out inspections.
• Prepare and monitor the operational budget and manage vendor relations.
• Lead and develop field teams (security, maintenance, cleaning, reception) with regular performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience managing residential compounds, hotels or real‑estate facilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, customer service and multicultural interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi occupational health and safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with property/facility management software (PMM / ERP).
