About the role
The Branch Supervisor oversees daily branch operations, ensuring service quality, brand standards, and achievement of sales and operational targets. This role leads the team, manages shifts, and handles customer experience issues.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily branch operations and service flow.
- Lead the branch team and organize daily tasks and shifts.
- Monitor sales, service, productivity, and basic branch KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle complaints.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Monitor stock availability, receiving, and wastage.
- Support cost control and branch sales improvement.
- Ensure promotions and operational initiatives are properly executed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- F&B, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
