Retail Strategy Senior Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Strategy Senior Lead to drive the retail banking strategy, transformation and performance initiatives for our Riyadh office. The role works closely with senior stakeholders to monitor progress, analyse results and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of retail banking strategy and transformation programmes.
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects, PMO activities and delivery tracking.
• Monitor KPIs, business performance, milestones, risks and issues.
• Prepare management information, dashboards, reports and executive presentations.
• Analyse financial performance and key business drivers.
• Coordinate sales performance and incentive management.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder meetings and management committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related field.
• 12+ years of banking experience, preferably in retail banking.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services and processes.
• Proven experience in KPI/MI reporting, dashboards and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and decision‑making skills.
