Revenue Cycle Management Systems Application Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Cycle Management Systems Application Analyst provides technical and functional support for RCM systems, ensuring seamless integration with healthcare billing processes and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for the RCM system and related applications.
• Collaborate with vendors to validate system configurations and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain statistical and operational reports using SQL and other tools.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams to align system capabilities with operational needs.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and business requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with IT systems analysis, programming, testing, and implementation.
• Experience with RCM platforms and healthcare billing systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

What we offer
