Revenue Manager - BI & Pricing

About the role

Accor is hiring a Revenue Manager of BI & Pricing in Makkah, reporting to the Group Director of Revenue Management. The role supports the hotel's Commercial Strategy team through careful data collection, accurate reporting and efficient system maintenance, and helps deliver special projects on revenue-generating initiatives. The focus is execution, data accuracy, routine system maintenance, foundational analysis and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of information and data, and actively seek to automate reporting between systems
• Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for revenue meetings, reporting to the complex or corporate teams
• Generate and update all Revenue Management reports and act as the main link for the team's reporting and ad-hoc requests to senior leadership
• Perform data entry and routine system maintenance such as rate loading, restrictions management and daily system checks
• Maintain systems including FLYR, BI, IDeaS and Demand 360, and assist with the pricing framework across the complex
• Work toward 1-, 3- and 5-year project plans for a sustainable Total Revenue Department, and help launch Food and Beverage and ancillary revenue KPIs and worksheets
• Keep the call centre informed about the complex's information and support special projects that uncover new revenue opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance or Mathematics preferred
• Analytical experience required
• Organized, multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines and keep proprietary information confidential

Required skills

• Strong communication, analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• SQL and experience integrating data from multiple systems are advantageous
• Preferred: experience with IDeaS, Demand360, FLYR and BI Pro, and with Ideas RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi or Opera Sales and Catering
