Revenue Manager – Hotel

About the role

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimizing the transient room inventory and driving revenue growth for the hotel in Jeddah. Working closely with sales, marketing and operations, you will ensure pricing, inventory and forecasting strategies are aligned with market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the transient rooms inventory, releasing group rooms back to general inventory as needed.
• Recommend pricing and positioning for the property and its cluster of hotels.
• Oversee the inventory management system to verify the appropriateness of selling strategies.
• Analyze actual sales versus projections, identify trends and produce regular revenue reports.
• Conduct sales‑strategy analysis, refine tactics and support market‑share growth.
• Maintain accurate reservation system data and generate periodic updates on the transient segment.
• Assist with account diagnostics and validate revenue conclusions.
• Lead revenue‑management projects and implement strategy updates.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field + 3 years of revenue‑management or sales‑marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down data and solve problems.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, analysis and reporting.
