Revit Draftsman (BIM) – Technical Office

About the role

One of our clients, a leading contracting and real estate development company, is seeking a highly skilled Revit Draftsman (BIM) to join its Technical Office team and contribute to high‑quality residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create and model multiple disciplines in Revit, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP.
• Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings.
• Extract schedules, quantities, and material take‑offs directly from Revit models.
• Update models and drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements.
• Prepare accurate As‑Built drawings and models following project completion.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and relevant authority requirements.
• Coordinate models across disciplines and assist in identifying and resolving clashes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of total experience, with at least 3 years of hands‑on Autodesk Revit usage.
• Proven ability to model Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines using Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and good understanding of shop drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Navisworks or other BIM coordination software and knowledge of BIM workflows and Revit Family creation.
• Ability to prepare quantity take‑offs, schedules, and As‑Built documentation.
• Experience in villas and residential projects is preferred.
