Rider Compliance Assistant Manager

About the role

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Rider Compliance Assistant Manager in Riyadh. The role covers regulatory compliance and risk monitoring for riders, working closely with internal teams and external regulators to keep logistics operations compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor rider permit validity, vehicle documentation, work authorizations and road safety regulations to reduce regulatory non-compliance risks.
• Run regular compliance audits across logistics channels and identify gaps or non-conformities.
• Oversee the implementation of updated regulatory guidelines into daily rider operations and fleet activities.
• Work with Rider Operations, Experience, Supply, Optimization and Performance teams to align workflows with compliance rules.
• Set compliance checkpoints in rider onboarding, dispatching and performance processes.
• Analyze rider compliance metrics, prepare detailed audit reports and coordinate with external regulators during audits, inspections and inquiries.
• Review and update compliance procedures, risk protocols and SOPs, and develop corrective action plans for non-compliant cases.
• Manage and monitor all departmental governmental violations.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in compliance, logistics operations, fleet management or regulatory audit within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven background in logistics or engineering operations managing driver/rider compliance and cross-functional workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• International supply chain certifications preferred.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Saudi logistics and labor regulations (TGA, MHRSD, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and compliance tracking tools.
