Sales Account Manager - Diagnostics

About the role

Roche is hiring an Account Manager for its Diagnostics business in Saudi Arabia. As a consultative partner for healthcare providers, you will introduce innovative diagnostic solutions that support clinical decision-making and patient outcomes, working alongside product, workflow and technical experts to build long-term customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship partner for healthcare institutions, understand their clinical challenges and create tailored strategic account plans.
• Apply consultative sales methods to position Roche Diagnostics portfolio solutions with clear medical and operational value.
• Work with Application Specialists, Service Engineers, Workflow Consultants and Project Managers on cohesive diagnostic installations.
• Identify expansion opportunities in key accounts and introduce high-value diagnostic assays.
• Negotiate commercial proposals and contract terms in line with regional pricing governance and business ethics.
• Lead sales forecasting, pipeline analysis and account mapping in customer relationship management platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Healthcare or life sciences commercial experience; fresh graduates and early-career sales professionals with up to 5 years of experience are welcome; in vitro diagnostics exposure is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and a consultative, customer-focused approach.
