About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Sales Associate in the fashion department, where you will be the front‑line champion of customer service and sales excellence. You will help customers find the right products, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and contribute to the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim standards.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.
• Comply with security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Utilise advanced selling techniques to generate high‑value transactions and repeat business.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
