Sales Consultant – Retail Stores

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our store teams in Dammam and Khobar. In this customer‑facing position you will help shoppers find the right products, deliver a high‑quality shopping experience, and contribute to the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional sales support and an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs.
• Achieve personal and store sales targets while supporting overall store performance.
• Maintain product displays, ensure pricing accuracy, and uphold store presentation standards.
• Support inventory activities such as stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma; higher education (diploma or bachelor’s) preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
