Sales Coordinator

About the role

As a Sales Coordinator at Hilton you will support sales operations and lead generation while delivering the warm hospitality experience that defines the brand. You will work closely with sales teams, hotel partners and customers to ensure smooth processes and help drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support such as data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking and recordkeeping.
• Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries and booking/loyalty reports.
• Research, identify and evaluate unmanaged and prospect accounts to build and maintain a qualified pipeline of new business leads.
• Partner with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers and hotel partners to discover opportunities, conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support special projects, departmental initiatives, customer engagement activities and participation in meetings or conferences as needed.
