Sales Coordinator – PLC & Automation

About the role

The client seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Business Development and Sales team in Khobar. The role focuses on managing sales‑related documentation, coordinating with vendors and logistics, and ensuring compliance with internal document control procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Register and manage incoming RFQs, circulate them internally and compile technical and commercial quotes.
• Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers, verify certifications (MTC, PVC coating, quality certificates) and coordinate delivery and invoicing.
• Prepare and process commercial documents such as purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
• Supervise document lifecycle from creation to archival, maintaining traceability and confidentiality.
• Provide internal reports on quotation status, supplier performance and documentation compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in records or document management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple internal departments.
• Good communication skills for vendor and logistics coordination.
