Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director will lead Tilal Real Estate’s sales function across all projects, shaping strategy, managing the full sales cycle and driving revenue growth. Reporting to senior management, the role combines team leadership with hands‑on deal execution to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual sales plan, including targets, budgets, resource allocation and KPI definition.
• Create and maintain a Sales Operating Manual and ensure its consistent application across all sales centers.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process from negotiation to deal closure, guaranteeing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Staff, coach and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce sales materials, campaigns and market‑specific content.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, generate regular performance reports and calculate sales commissions.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base and provide market insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing sales teams and delivering on revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
