About the role
The Sales Executive will promote and sell a comprehensive range of hygiene chemical products, equipment and packaged solutions to customers in facility care, food service, hospitality and related sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering demos, training and ongoing support to build long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow sales within an existing territory, providing demos, service and training.
- Cold‑call and prospect new accounts to expand Reza’s brand presence.
- Prepare quotations, process invoicing, fulfil orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate safe chemical and equipment use, delivering product and hygiene training.
- Analyse customer practices and design customised cleaning and sanitation solutions.
- Collaborate with Reza technicians to install, repair and service dilution and dispensing systems.
- Provide emergency service coverage and follow up on orders, invoicing and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, service reports and compliance with OHS and HACCP standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on quality and safety.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time‑management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and tolerate stress.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food‑safety practices.
- Experience with chemical dilution and dispensing equipment.
