Sales Expansion Team Leader

About the role

Foodics, a restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider founded in 2014, is hiring a Sales Expansion Team Leader in Jeddah. The role manages an outbound sales team focused on growing revenue from existing clients, directing lead generation within the current customer base, coaching representatives to cross-sell and upsell new product lines, and running strategies that raise Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming new branch sales requests from existing customers and generate accurate quotes promptly.
• Track expansion requests and follow up in a timely way to close deals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through outbound activities and recommend additional products to maximise revenue.
• Make sure every expansion quote includes relevant upsell and cross-sell products before being sent to the customer.
• Work with internal teams to process expansion sales smoothly and communicate clearly with customers about their needs and available solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of expansion requests in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management or a related field, with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience handling sales requests and generating quotes.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
• Experience in SaaS or technology sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Foodics products and their value to different business models is an advantage.
