Sales Manager - Commercial Kitchen Equipment

About the role

Kaseb Company is looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales Manager for commercial kitchen equipment in Riyadh. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from consultative selling of high-end international equipment brands to closing turnkey project deals that combine engineered spatial design, custom stainless-steel fabrication and long-term maintenance contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Sales strategy and business development
• Solution and consultative selling
• Team leadership and operations
• After-sales and relationship management
• Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team
• Aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction in all customer interactions
• Handle and resolve customer complaints about products or services
• Ensure timely payment collection and help generate financial statements and reports on account receivables, updating the receivables/aging report monthly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in commercial kitchen, food service equipment or hospitality project supply, including leading B2B sales teams on turnkey technical projects
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in English
