About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial team in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and nurturing strategic relationships across government and private sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s commercial vision.
- Monitor individual KPIs, report performance to senior management and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, represent the company in executive meetings and oversee the full client journey.
- Supervise proposal preparation, review quotations, ensure pricing accuracy and manage change orders.
- Identify new business opportunities, track public and private tenders, and analyse market trends.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (minimum).
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong background in furniture, fit‑out or interior solutions sectors is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and an established professional network.
