About the role
JD.com is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the promotion of its logistics portfolio, including cross‑border, warehousing, distribution, domestic delivery, and air & ocean freight services. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and plans to achieve assigned targets for logistics products.
- Identify and develop new customers in the local market, building long‑term business relationships.
- Prepare service proposals, quotations, and support commercial negotiations through contract signing.
- Hand over signed deals to operations for seamless implementation.
- Manage assigned accounts, monitor service performance, and coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues.
- Follow up on receivables, support timely payment collection, and report potential business or credit risks.
- Produce regular sales reports and provide market, competitor, and customer feedback to refine tactics and product offerings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven sales experience; experience in logistics, express, freight forwarding, supply chain or cross‑border e‑commerce is a plus.
- Strong customer development and communication abilities, result‑oriented with solid execution skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
