Sales & Procurement Executive (B2B Recycling)

About the role

Canasa is seeking a proactive Sales & Procurement Executive to expand its commercial footprint across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Based in Dammam, you will develop and manage a portfolio of recurring B2B accounts, turning factories, workshops, contractors and facility managers into regular sellers of scrap and industrial waste streams.

Key responsibilities

• Target, approach and convert industrial operations in Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and Jubail into recurring pickup accounts.
• Source post‑industrial waste and recyclable commodities, negotiating grades and volumes against market index prices.
• Prepare and issue precise written quotes covering material categories, grades, price per kilo and validity periods.
• Maintain active relationships with existing accounts, resolve pricing or grade queries promptly, and ensure seamless collection schedules.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and yard teams to align inbound volumes, pickup dates and regulatory paperwork with client expectations.
• Track sales pipeline, processed tonnage and profit margins, reporting progress directly to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on B2B sales, procurement or commodity trading experience.
• Experience in scrap metal, recycling, industrial supply or waste management is a strong advantage.
• Fully bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of commodity margins.
• Deep familiarity with the industrial districts of the Eastern Province and confidence to approach facilities cold.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and a transferable Saudi Iqama.
