Sales Product Specialist – Hemostasis Solutions (Saudi National)

About the role

Almarfa Medical, a leading provider of innovative medical products in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sales Product Specialist to promote its Hemostasis solutions across the Western and Southern regions. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving product adoption in specialty medical centres while delivering excellent customer service and training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales activities to achieve and exceed targets for Hemostasis products.
• Provide product training and technical support to surgeons and clinical staff.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team and medical consultants to coordinate product launches.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in general surgery.
• Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or medical field; an advanced degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of general anatomy, surgical techniques and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyse market data and competitor activity.
