Sales Specialist – Wholesale

About the role

The Sales Specialist – Wholesale will be fully responsible for achieving the sales plan for each distributor, managing the complete distributor account lifecycle and representing alfanar’s interests in the wholesale market. The role requires close interaction with distributors, internal teams and market analysis to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the targeted sales plan for each distributor and manage sales, delivery, collection and credit processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, gathering feedback and ensuring their rights are protected.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and research market trends to generate new sales leads.
• Address distributor concerns promptly, coordinate resolutions with internal teams and monitor service delivery.
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records and prepare performance summaries for management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as customer service, product and marketing to meet distributor needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical or construction sectors.
• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the role.
• Strong problem‑solving capability and adherence to quality, compliance and HSE standards.
• Experience in coordinating with internal departments to implement distributor‑specific initiatives.
