Saudi Sales Manager - Government Relations

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten brands and more than 1,500 hotels, is looking for a Saudi Sales Manager - Government Relations to join its team in Riyadh. The role combines sales leadership with building relationships with government entities and promoting the hotel's presence in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities.
• Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team and key accounts.
• Identify and secure new government business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Represent the hotel in official meetings and government events.
• Enhance the hotel's community image and market presence.

Required profile

• Saudi national with experience in sales or government relations (hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record in a similar role in a quality environment, demonstrating excellent standards and sales productivity.
• Commercially astute, multi-tasker motivated by challenge, driven to increase productivity and sales volume.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
