Sector Sales Specialist - Oil & Gas

About the role

Aggreko is hiring a Sector Sales Specialist for its Oil & Gas sector, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role is split 40% prospecting new business and 60% growing existing accounts. You will manage growth with current customers, win back lapsed ones and acquire new clients, balancing growth with profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Target, develop and acquire customers within your sales plan, meeting and exceeding revenue targets and sales KPIs.
• Pricing third-party costs such as fuel, freight and rehire.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Follow Aggreko's sales process, CRM and CPQ processes (Salesforce).
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan with product and sector revenue targets.
• Identify new customers and grow the key account portfolio through weekly face-to-face and telephone calls.
• Prepare and submit proposals covering technical and commercial details under Aggreko's terms and conditions.
• Build knowledge of hire procedures, the quick track system, products and depot operations.

Required profile

• Experience in the temporary power and HVAC or Oil & Gas industry.
• Degree in sales or a technical discipline, or at least 5 years of high-level sales experience in industrial services.
• Experience selling capital equipment or technical/engineering solutions and services (solution selling).
• Proven track record of delivering against targets.
• KSA driving licence and good reading, writing and speaking English.
