Security Agent – Hotel (Saudi Only)

About the role

The Security Agent ensures the safety and security of guests, staff, and property across all hotel areas. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor access points, and respond promptly to incidents while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, public zones, back‑of‑house spaces, parking facilities and other designated locations.
• Monitor hotel entrances, exits, access points and restricted areas to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest or colleague concerns.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, unauthorized access or unusual behaviour.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain daily security logs.
• Coordinate with the CCTV Operator and Security Control Room regarding incidents and observations.
• Assist in emergency situations such as fire alarms, evacuations, medical emergencies and other incidents according to hotel procedures.
• Inspect doors, emergency exits, fire equipment and other security‑sensitive areas, reporting any irregularities.
• Control and monitor movement of employees, contractors, visitors and deliveries in line with hotel procedures.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items and maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and security matters.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment (experience is an asset).
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response and fire safety.
• Strong observation skills, attention to detail and ability to remain calm during emergencies.
• Physically fit, able to stand and walk for extended periods and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
