Security Supervisor – Saudi National Talent

About the role

We are seeking a Security Supervisor (Saudi National Talent) to lead the security team at Jumeirah The Red Sea, a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating daily security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, staff and assets, and supporting security plans for events and VIP movements.

Key responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, covering all critical areas.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Oversee access‑control points, verify identification and ensure protocol compliance.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, manage escalation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents and investigations for audit purposes.
• Assist the Duty Manager in implementing security plans for events and VIP movements.
• Check readiness of emergency equipment and report any deficiencies.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve security‑related concerns.
• Support training of new security officers on SOPs and emergency protocols.
• Promote a culture of safety and vigilance through briefings and awareness programs.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education.
• 2–4 years of experience in security operations, preferably with team coordination.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team of security officers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of access control systems.
• Experience conducting security patrols.
• Ability to respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Understanding of emergency procedures and overall security protocols.
