About the role
Honeywell is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead customer engagement and drive growth for its turbomachinery controls business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strategic relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and expanding the company’s footprint across key industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the turbomachinery controls segment.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide customized solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Lead complex sales cycles, leveraging Honeywell’s broader capabilities.
- Guide contract negotiations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
- Travel frequently within and outside Saudi Arabia.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in turbomachinery controls or industrial automation (e.g., project engineer, application engineer, field service engineer).
- At least 5 years of account management or sales experience.
- Domain knowledge in oil & gas, mining, power or petro‑chemicals.
- Saudi national.
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication and collaboration skills.
